Our services are custom made and, in order for you to fully commit to your desired goals, we do not offer refunds. However, if you're unhappy with our services please contact us and we will do our best effort to fix the situation fairly and quickly.

The prices we charge for using our services and products are listed on the website, except for custom made plans. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page. The fee for subscription-based services or products and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged on your agreed upon recurring basis to your payment method.
 
We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any valid reason, or for no reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. In these cases, you will receive a refund proportional to the remaining sessions, packages, monthly or annual subscriptions.

You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. With respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions, they will be discontinued upon the expiration of their respective active period.
